In my early years in the CoG I heard the phrase “Free Holiness” -it referred to some folk whose outward adornment and activity was ultra conservative without true internal holiness. Friends, growing up in the CoG was a great privilege to me. I was honored to start out as an Exhorter minister, then a Licensed minister and then as an Ordained CoG minister.
