Lots of discussion on end times so I thought I lay out what I see scripture telling us. In Matthew 23 Jesus is pronouncing judgement on unbelieving Israel Matthew 24 Jesus is showing us what it will look like and said to THAT GENERATION not any other generation that they would see it. Revelation is Jesus warning the 7 churches that what he said in Matthew 24 was to happen shortly for the time is at hand. This event was the tribulation (jacob/Israel trouble) from 66ad to 73ad there’s your 7 year trib and 3 1/2 years into it the temple was destroyed. You see I didn’t have to say or add anything to the text I drew out what was breathed in. Dispensatinalism reads into the text to make it says what it wants to say. Read revelation 1 1-3 shortly and time is at hand he was speaking to the audience of that day why would they have to worry If wasn’t going to happen for 2000+years

I would have to disagree with this, not to be contrary, but the great tribulation that our Lord speaks of is defined in three of the gospels. In Matthew 24, Mark 13, and is clearly defined in Luke 21. If you put the gospels together and let them interpret themselves, there is no doubt whatsoever of when the timeline for the tribulation is. The Lord pointed it out to me. It is vital during this time in history that we know what our Lord has spoken. Jesus’s words clearly define Revelation, even the order of the vials, trumpets and seals. There are seven thunders that were uttered too. Only one man knows them, because they were never rewritten. The only thing they were written on was eaten. This man was told that he would prophesy again. Seeing that we don’t know and God would have us to know ALL things, in addition to this, Jesus mentioning about this same man tarrying until he comes again, I think it is safe to say he is still around.
