Good Friday, April 7, 2023 | 4 Days

We have heard with our ears, O God,
Our fathers have told us,
The deeds You did in their days,
In days of old.

_The son of Korah (Psalm 44:1)

Jesus said, “Do this in remembrance of me.”

Just four days to go…

We must use these days to remember.

This is a Holy Week…

For the Christian, a week like no other week of the year.

We remember what our elders told us. We were not there on that first Friday when Jesus broke the bread and blessed the wine. But there were some there–devoted friends and followers–who told the next generation, who told the next generation after them, who also told the next generation…until a generation arose who told us. (God bless them!)

Now it is our turn.

We must remember…for there is yet another generation arising who will need to know.

The ONE THING for today: Remember.
