Question: Is the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) strictly a pre-trib rapture denomination?

The Declaration of Faith states "We believe in the premillennial second coming of Jesus. First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years." It seems from CoG literature that means a pre-trib rapture, but the wording seems to leave room for a mid or post trib stance. What is the history on this topic? Is it open to a number of views as long as they are premillennial? Has anyone ever been ousted for holding another view? Thanks in advance.
