Is the Church of God belief in sanctification a primary heaven/hell issue or is it a secondary belief?

Question… What is the position or belief of a Biblical creation, A God, but he is currently removed himself, absent or even dead? Has anyone encountered that argument?

Can anyone tell me what belief this is? Is it an independent heresy, or part of a larger denomination? I’ve never heard anything like it until about 2/3 days ago, and no one I’ve asked seems to be familiar with it either.
