Whosoever Means Whosoever

A STUDY IN THE SCRIPTURES
“Whosoever Means Whosoever!”
The Good News, which is the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which is His death, burial and resurrection from the dead; was accomplished for all who would believe and receive Him and His finished work for themselves. However, there are those who would teach otherwise; for they would have us to believe that the Good News is only for a few selected individuals.
However, what we need to remember is that it does not really matter what others believe or teach; it is what saith the Word of God, the Bible. With that in mind, I will allow the Scriptures speak on this subject.
“And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (John 3:14 – 17).
“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time“ (1 Timothy 2:3 – 6).
“”But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:8 – 13).
