Friend, as someone who attends and is active in the church, let me inform you that this senior pastor change has NOT been difficult. Our church has an amazing staff that has been ministering to the church and community in a mighty way during this season.
I understand wanting to share about the transition, but I’d pump the brakes on classifying it as something that you are uninformed on.

I re-watched the video because I didn’t recall the word “difficult” being used. It was not uttered or insinuated once. The word that was used most was “continue”. I don’t believe continue is synonymous with “difficult”. I also didn’t hear the state or national offices referred to in this video. If your information comes from Actscelerate, that might be problem number one. Also, I would recommend you inserting that into your post. I would kindly ask that you either revise your post or remove it all together. There is no anger on my part at all. I just kindly ask that since your information is inaccurate, you might want to consider taking a second look.

There have been squabbling at the Nat’l and state levels over this pastoral change. Does the state appoint a pastor or does the Nat’l Headqts make an appointment. Since Raymond Culpepper was there it seems that it is a Nat’l Church. There are statements that the State don’t have an Ala preacher who is qualified and an out of state appointment is needed.
