Is it an “and/or” thing? Can you receive the mark and still go to heaven and long as your don’t worship the beast?
With all of this stuff going on now with vaccines. I can see mandatory vaccines. And if Gates is doing them I can easily see this as an option for the mark. If a person was forced to get the mark (jail or hospital for example) ..

It is an AND thing. The mark we receive as Christians (John 3:3, 5, Revelation 20:4, 15) is NOT on the dust (Genesis 2:7) BUT in the spirit (John 3:6, Galatians 5:22-23) where it CANNOT be tempered with; Neither Mr Gates or the devil CAN. AND as LONG as we do NOT worship the beast (Matthew 4:10).

A futurist interpretation of Revelation sees many Christians attempting to determine the mark of the beast. Having grown up in Pentecostalism from the 80’s I’ve seen the prophecies of Revelation be interpreted to each era. In the 80’s Henry Kissinger was the Antichrist, the one world religion was the Catholics and the one world monetary system a cashless Society. Today, I hear that the one world religion is Islam and so forth. It only makes Christians look stupid and ignorant when they hold these views. If you subscribe to a futurist interpretation then make sure you know the other four possible ways of interpreting Revelation and be prepared to understand the many literary criticisms such a form, redaction, source etc, which have been applied, and argue accordingly.
To me, The mark is dependent upon worship of the beast.

Getting the vaccine is not the mark unless it us somehow tied into people’s ability to work, buy, sell. If it’s voluntary, like a flu shot, then no way.
In China the government is already tracking people using cell phones. People get points, or lose them, depending on how compliant they are. That’s getting into mark of the beast territory.

The significance of the mark being in the forehead or on the hand is symbolic. We understand that the other things being spoken about are symbols. The devil, groups of people, nations, etc. Therefore it would be a good interpretation to realize that the forehead and hands are symbolic as well.
The forehead relates to the thoughts and mind… And the hand relates to the things we do. I don’t believe there are going to be physical marks but rather symbolic marks that show those that have them worship the devil. By how they think and what they think about. As far as the hands… It’s what they do and who they do it for… Everything boils down to worship.

Several years ago in a live Q&A session, someone asked John MacArthur if taking the mark of the Beast during the Great Tribulation would be an unpardonable sin. His answer, in short, was no. Though there is a stern warning against taking the mark of the Beast in Revelation 14, the sin is not categorically said to be unpardonable. (That would contradict Matthew 12:31.) The point of the severe language in Revelation 14 is to make clear what an utterly reprehensible sin it will be to swear an oath of willful loyalty to Antichrist.
Someone posted John MacArthur’s reply to that question on YouTube with a melodramatic one-word title in all caps: “OUTRAGE.” Gossip-mongers on the Internet got hold of it, apparently, and within days someone wrote to our ministry saying, “I saw pastor John on a YouTube video saying the way to be saved in the Tribulation is to take the mark of the Beast.”

If someone listens to Pastor MacArthur’s reply and imagines he was saying it’s no great sin to receive the mark of the Beast, listen again; that grossly twists what he actually said. The question is not (as one writer suggests) “How Far Can You Go and Still Be Able to Repent?” The point John MacArthur was making is about the extremes to which God’s grace will reach in order to seek and save a sinner.
Yes, Revelation 14:9–11 says, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” Clearly, receiving the mark is a sin that will send those who commit it to hell.
But the Bible also says, “Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God” (1 Corinthians 6:9–10). In short, all sin carries the threat of eternal doom, and some particularly heinous sins have a built-in hardening effect that makes them particularly dangerous. Scripture occasionally singles out common sins that have this peculiarly soul-destroying effect.
On the other hand, only one very specific sin is ever said to be unforgivable. Any sin that is repented of is forgivable. Immediately after declaring all fornicators, drunkards, and swindlers unfit for heaven, the apostle writes, “Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God” (1 Corinthians 6:11). After saying, “Whoever denies Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father who is in heaven,” Jesus famously forgave Peter, who denied Him before men
Jesus Himself said, “Any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven ” (Matthew 12:31, emphasis added). The one unpardonable sin was the sin of those who had seen His miracles with their own eyes; they knew He was the true Messiah; they were part of the generation to whom He was personally sent. And yet they attributed His powers to Satan. That was unforgivable because it was such a hard-hearted, willful expression of utter rejection from fully enlightened hearts, who punctuated their rejection with an extreme blasphemy. Those Pharisees had stood in the presence of the living embodiment of all truth; they heard His words and saw His works. All the mysteries of Christ had been unveiled before their very eyes. And yet they spurned Him. There was nothing else that could be shown to them to enlighten them further. They were not deceived; they knew full well what they were doing. That’s why their sin was unpardonable (cf. 1 Timothy 1:13).
Revelation 19:20 indicates that multitudes will take the mark of the Beast because they are deceived. Scripture does not say that they are thereby automatically hardened forever against repentance. That is not the point of the strong warnings.
This whole issue suddenly became a matter of intense controversy when it was mentioned on a provocative radio program. It’s certainly not worth all the ink that has been wasted and all the bandwidth that has been consumed by angry people demanding explanations and retractions. This much should certainly be clear from the biblical text (and I think would be affirmed by all sides): Taking the mark of the Beast is high treason against Christ and will be judged by God accordingly. Meanwhile, the Lord is “good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in lovingkindness to all who call upon [Him]” (Psalm 86:5).
Just focus on the Bible, we are not already in the 7years tribulations, we are in the church age BEFORE the 7yrs tribulation.
The “mark of the beast” is at best, FAKE NEWS. It won’t happen because the book of Revelation was not written with the 21st century in mind. It was written to 7 churches of Asia Minor with the intention to prepare them for what was about to happen to harlot Israel.
The whole book of Revelation is an example of what happens when a chosen nation turns against her own Messiah, kills Him in the most horrific way, and goes on to persecute the Lamb’s little lambs to death.
Mat. 22:1-14, 23:34-39, LK 14:16-24, 1Thes. 2:14-16 are just a few scriptures that point to the judgment of a wife turned harlot (have you ever read the book of Hosea?) and a bitter persecutor of God’s people. Find her in Rev. 17.
The mark of the beast was a symbolical way to point out that anyone who compromised himself in order to do business with Jerusalem was marked as someone who would find himself inside the Roman siege in the war of the Jews A.D. 66-70 and probably die of starvation. Someone read Mat. 24 within this context and let God open your eyes.

I think I read yesterday that John MacArthur once said it was okay to recieve the mark of the beast, and then later apologised for saying that. I forget the source (probably someone posted it in one of these kinds of FB groups).
I doubt that it’s the actual mark of the beast but I still find the 666 on barcodes to be really fascinating. Some people say it’s not actually a 666, it just looks exactly like one (except for some white space), the way I see it that’s like me writing “6 6 6” and saying it’s not actually meant to be 666, it’s just curved lines with circles that look like sixes, which is totally a coincidence apparently.
Gates is just a bored rich man. He wants his fingers in a bunch of stuff to leave marks on the world before he dies. He has had hundreds of thousands of employees underneath him working on everything from video games to Microsoft Bob… just because he’s in the medical field too doesn’t mean anything. He’s a business man. Bunch of conspiracy theorists. Start looking at Zuckerberg instead.
Revelation 1:20 interprets Revelation 1:13. Revelation 13:16 “———to be given a mark on their right hand or forehead” Revelation 13:17 says the mark is the name of the beast or the number if his name. Pretty specific

Christian’s cant get the mark of the beast. This verse is very misunderstood. I cant explain it but maybe somone with more in depth knowledge of the end times can expand on this.

People have to willingly accept the mark in the full knowledge that it is the mark, and that by doing so they are worshipping the beast.
A vaccine is not the mark, a chip is not the mark and dna tagging is not the mark unless the acceptance of it comes with some kind of public declaration of loyalty to the beast.
