God Almighty, you search my heart. Even now, I ask for forgiveness for the sin and evil that is deep in my heart. I ask you to search my heart and cast out every impurity. Change me so that all my ways and thoughts glorify you. May my actions bear fruit of a soul that is saved by grace. Amen.
